Setup cost: $1,500–$5,000 depending on scope. Includes discovery, ICP and intent mapping, technical foundation, first pillar pages, automation install.
Retainer: $2,000–$6,000+/month depending on scope and content cadence. Includes ongoing content, automation tuning, reporting, monthly review, quarterly strategy reset.
Commitment and terms
90-day initial build commitment, then month-to-month. The build needs 90 days to install meaningfully; after that, you're free to leave with 30 days' notice. Most clients stay because the system compounds.
What's included vs pass-through
Our fee includes our work. Tooling pass-through (GoHighLevel subscription, domains, hosting, sending infrastructure) is billed directly to your card in your name. No markup, no surprise invoices.
Typical pass-through runs $200–$500/month depending on your stack.
